Landlord’s Safety Certificate

A valid Gas Safety Certificate is a mandatory requirement for anyone renting a property, a landlord owning commercial premises etc.

A full boiler service is included with every Landlord’s Safety Certificate inspection

Each certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be renewed on or before the expiry date. A valid Gas Safety Certificate illustrates to anyone that wishes to see it that all gas appliances and pipework within the property have been checked by a qualified gas engineer and have passed strict safety guidelines.

Any appliances or pipework that do not pass the gas safety checks are listed as uncertified and the reasons for their failure must be addressed before a gas safety certificate can be issued.

Our registered, qualified, and approved engineers will describe and detail any issues they find whilst carrying out the tests and will offer their expert guidance to ensure your property is gas safe.

Once your property has been granted a gas safety certificate, we will arrange a return to your property every 12 months to keep your gas safety certificate valid and up-to-date.
